Good set-up + confidence to get down = PR’s!

Reminder: this Saturday there will be no class. Instead we will be having a BBQ Potluck at Bolsa Chica Park @ 11am. The sign-up sheet is posted on the whiteboard for you to write down your name if you’re attending. There are multiple playground structures there for kids and we anticipate plentiful of sporting activities for the adults.

BARBELL:

15 min. to work to a max weight:

CONDITIONING:

50 DU or 150 SU
20 Toes-to-Bar
10 Shoulder-to-Overhead (115/73)
50 DU or 150 SU
10 Shoulder-to-Overhead
20 Toes-to-Bar
50 DU or 150 SU

Rx+ = 165/113, DU Only

ADVANCED WORK:

1a) 4 x 5 BTN Clean-Grip Push Press (AHAP)
1b) 3 x Max Reps C2B Pull0ups

Note: Alternate between 1a & 1b. If you can’t do a pull-up, do a negative banded pull-up for 3-5 reps per round.

2.) 5 x 1 Jerk (AHAP)
